Contadi Castaldi was founded in 1987 by Vittorio and Mariella Moretti in a converted historic brick kiln (Fornace Biasca) in Adro, Franciacorta, and embodies a vibrant, contemporary style within the Franciacorta DOCG. This Rose is a blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Nero, made by the traditional method.
Tasting Notes
A pale, almost pearlescent pink color; delicate notes of strawberries and raspberries on the nose with floral nuances and a slight touch of toasted bread; vibrant and fresh on the palate, with pleasant acidity balancing the fruit.
