Profile & Story

Guinigi Wines is an Italian label introduced in 2020 by 3 Badge Beverage Corporation, drawing on the Italian heritage of fourth-generation vintner August Sebastiani. This Prosecco DOC is made from Glera grapes grown in the province of Treviso, from the Conegliano hills to the foot of Valdobbiadene, on mild-climate alluvial clay soils. Grapes are gently pressed, the base wine ferments in stainless steel with selected yeasts, and a controlled-temperature second (Charmat-method) fermentation preserves the fresh aromatics before cold stabilization, filtration and bottling.

Pairing Recommendation

Pairs well with heavier dishes such as pasta in a meat or cream sauce, fresh seafood and shellfish, or wood-fired pizza; also enjoyable as an aperitif or in cocktails.
