Domaine Chandon's Brut Classic is made in the methode traditionnelle from a blend of night-harvested Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grown across its California vineyards; the fruit is picked at night and gently pressed to limit skin contact, then ages a minimum of 12 months on the lees after its second fermentation in bottle.

Pairs well with oysters, Caesar salad, fried chicken and calamari, or salty, nutty and creamy dishes.
