Chandon's Brut Rose follows the same methode traditionnelle as the Brut Classic (night-harvested fruit, stainless-steel primary fermentation, winter assemblage and a minimum of 12 months on the lees) built from a blend of 57% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 3% Meunier.
Tasting Notes
Vivacious and juicy, with notes of fresh strawberry, watermelon and cherry and a creamy complexity balanced by bright red fruit.

Suggested with smoked salmon, gumbo, grilled burgers, paella or duck-fat fries.
