Grand Fossil is a Sancerre bottling from the Loire Valley, imported to the US by Monsieur Touton Selection; the producer is not disclosed by the importer. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are grown on the clay-and-limestone slopes between the village of Chavignol and the town of Sancerre.
