Profile & Story

Destilerías Acha, founded in Bilbao in 1831 and based in Amurrio (Álava) since 1880, has been owned by the Acha family since 1886 and is led today by Gabriel Acha; Atxa is the Basque spelling of the family name.

Tasting Notes

A neutral wine base macerated with wormwood, gentian, and bitter orange; floral honeysuckle and elderflower notes framed by a signature green, herbal bitterness.
