California Stars is a collaboration between winemakers Shaunt Oungoulian and Diego Roig (of Les Lunes and Populis) and Selection Massale, sourced from a Chardonnay vineyard planted in the early 1970s in west Sonoma County near Occidental.
Tasting Notes
Skin-contact Chardonnay blended with skin-fermented Muscat from Lodi's Hartwick Vineyard; citrus, mango, lychee, and baked apple with a touch of vanilla and a light tannic grip.

Pairs with spiced Southeast Asian dishes, roast pork, or aromatic soft cheeses.
