Iruai was founded in 2013 by Chad and Michelle Westbrook Hinds, an itinerant natural-wine project that settled in Michelle's hometown of Etna, in Siskiyou County, California — a high-elevation stretch the couple calls the "California Alps."
Tasting Notes
A blend inspired by the white wines of the Jura and Savoie (savagnin, chenin blanc and more) from alpine-elevation vineyards along the CA/OR border; bright citrus and orchard fruit over a cool, mineral spine.
