Smooth Sailing is the first wine from Maison Malchance, made in collaboration with Perrine Loeuilleux of L'Âme Bleue, whose vineyards lie around Calce in the Roussillon. It is 100% Roussanne, made entirely in tank with a brief spell of skin contact.
Tasting Notes
Rocky, slightly under-ripe tropical fruit on the nose gives way to a salty, textural palate; it holds up well once open.

Pairs with grilled fish and ripe summer tomatoes.
