Cap Corse Mattei, created in 1872 by Louis-Napoléon Mattei, is Corsica's oldest and best-known aperitif house, based in Bastia.

Tasting Notes

A Vermentinu and Muscat Petit Grains mistelle base flavored with Corsican cedrat (citron) and cinchona bark; citrus and spice over a silky texture.
