Rocco di Carpeneto is an organic, radical winery on a small plateau in Piedmont's Monferrato hills, devoted to native Piedmontese grapes.

Tasting Notes

A red-wine base aromatized through a two-month cold maceration with more than 20 botanicals — wormwood, yarrow, juniper, angelica, rhubarb, gentian, citrus, and hibiscus — for a complex, bittersweet, herbal character.
