Shacksbury "Arlo" Cider

Shacksbury Cider is based in Vermont's Champlain Valley. For Arlo it partners with Petritegi Sagardoa, just outside San Sebastián, which presses and ferments European apple varieties in enormous decades-old chestnut barrels; the cider is then shipped to Vermont and blended with New England fruit.
