Olivier Cohen acquired several plots with different terroirs in the Herault, in the Languedoc, in 2014, amounting to 7.5 hectares of organic vines, and makes his wines under the name Les Vignes d'Olivier following organic and biodynamic practices. Ronds Noirs is a red blend drawn from his southern varieties; published component lists differ, citing Syrah and Carignan alongside Cinsault, Merlot and Grenache. 14% alcohol.
