Angeline was founded in 1990 in the heart of Sonoma County by Courtney Benham and is made at Martin Ray Vineyards & Winery in the Russian River Valley. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced statewide from California's best regions, cold-soaked for two weeks of extended maceration, and aged separately by lot in 30% new French and American oak for 12 months before final blending, 14.1% ABV.

Tasting Notes

Rich notes of boysenberry jam, juicy mulberries, dried currants and vanilla, with subtle notes of clove, elderflower and violets on the finish.

Pairing Recommendation

Pairs well with flank steak and caramelized onions.
