Stemmari is a Sicilia DOC estate in Acate, Sicily, owned by the Mezzacorona Group. The grapes for this 100% Pinot Grigio are harvested at night to preserve freshness and aromatics, then aged on the lees for about five months. ABV 13%.
Tasting Notes
Soft straw-yellow color with delicate aromas of slightly ripened white peach and pear interwoven with hints of dried yellow flowers; balanced tartness and good viscosity with pleasant minerality and freshness.
