Domaine de La Sanglière is home to some of the most traditional rosé wines of Provence, located directly on the Mediterranean coast in the Bormes-les-Mimosas area of Provence, a region with a classic Mediterranean climate of mild winters, abundant sunshine, mistral winds, and varied soils. The Breezette Côtes de Provence Rosé is a blend of 70% Cinsault and 30% Grenache — a light, well-balanced, fruit-forward rosé that is simple, crisp, refreshing, and thirst-quenching, with a light golden color and a marked minerality alongside its fruit flavors.

Pairing Recommendation

It pairs well with seafood and shellfish, such as grilled shrimp, lobster, scallops, salmon, or white fish, and complements ceviche, sushi, and Asian cuisine, as well as tapas, spicy foods, and Mediterranean cuisine; it is also suitable with grilled chicken, barbecued pork, and even grilled burgers.
