Luca Paretti is produced at Serena Winery in Italy's Treviso Province, the cultural and wine capital of Italy's Prosecco region. The family-run winery has been operating since its founding in 1881 and adheres to strict Prosecco DOC standards, with winemaker Ermes Busetto — who trained at the prestigious Cerletti Oenological School and brings over 30 years of experience — serving on the elite Prosecco DOC Tasting Commission. The Lovo Brut is made from 100% Glera grapes and shows a soft yellow color with lime-green hues and a fine bead of bubbles, with understated aromas of green apple and peach layered with floral notes.
