Mouton Cadet tells the story of a Bordeaux vineyard the Rothschild family has championed for 90 years, with expertise built up since 1930 across three generations, guided by a philosophy of passion for wine paired with values-driven care for people. Mouton Cadet Blanc x Nathan is an organic and vegan white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc, a signature Bordeaux grape, developed over two years through a collaboration between Nathan Sereys de Rothschild and the estate's technical team; it is matured for three months in vats on its lees with minimal sulfite additions, and fined without animal-derived agents.
Tasting Notes
Pale, glittering yellow with greenish hues, the wine opens with aromas of preserved citrus and garrigue that evolve toward boxwood and bergamot with air. A soft entry of preserved citrus and passion fruit leads into a round, full mid-palate with floral elegance, finishing on honeysuckle, grapefruit, and a touch of liquorice.

Serve chilled between 6-8°C. Recommended with veal tartare, creamed peas on toast, fish and chips, pan-fried asparagus with fish fillets, or smoked salmon blinis.
