Nozeco is an alcohol-free wine brand and a registered trademark of Les Grands Chais de France, a French, family-owned wine and spirits company founded in 1979 by Joseph Helfrich and headquartered in Petersbach, Alsace. Nozeco Brut is made from alcohol-removed wine: a state-of-the-art dealcoholization process strips out the alcohol while keeping the aromas intact, resulting in a sparkling drink with less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, less sugar, and fewer calories (70 per 250ml glass) than a traditional sparkling wine. It shows a pale yellow, elegant color with fine bubbles.
