About the Wine
Harvest hand-picked in 20 kg boxes from plots of our Duruji Valley vineyards, in Kvareli. To get rich in color Kindzmarauli wine is fermented with pre-ferment maceraon at 8-10 °C with full skin contact, and then fermented at 23-25 °C of the desirable residual sugar level (40-50 g/l). Extracted from the grape solids and filtered with rough filtration to ensure separation from yeasts (fermention agent). Stored at negative temperature to prevent from re-starting fermention. Tasting Notes
The balance and complexity of this wine is created by the combination of rich flavors and the tannic structure. Integrated acidity adds pleasant freshness to the wine. Best with Lightly spiced dishes with meat or vegetables.
