About the Wine

This new brand (Mariam) will feature light amber wines, easy to drink, with 12% alcohol — affordable and approachable. The wine is made from a field blend of organically treated Kisi, Khikhvi, Mtsvane, and Rkatsiteli grapes, produced in qvevri and fermented at lower temperatures to preserve more distinguished aromatics. Of course, it is made naturally, but unlike Andria’s Gvino, which is made only from grapes, this new one contains a small amount of added sulfites (around 40 mg/L, which is within the permissible range of natural wines).
