Profile & Story
This dark, inky red wine is produced from 100% of the highest-quality Saperavi grapes cultivated in the Kakheti region, handpicked and fermented in qvevri for 5 months with 100% skin contact, adhering to the ancient Georgian traditional winemaking method. This is a deep, brooding red — intensely fruity yet earthy, with bold tannins, refreshing acidity, and a savory, mineral-driven complexity that makes it both food-friendly and cellar-worthy. Tasting Notes
Appearance: Strikingly deep and opaque garnet-purple, with luminous violet highlights at the rim. Aromas: A bold, expressive nose of ripe blackberry and black cherry layered with clove, tobacco leaf, and earthy clay minerality. Flavor: Concentrated waves of dark fruit — blackcurrant, mulberry, and plum — balanced by cocoa, spice, and a savory, stony edge. Texture & Structure: Full-bodied and powerful, with firm, refreshing acidity, muscular yet polished tannins, and a long, evolving finish that lingers with fruit, spice, and earth.
