This dry amber wine combines the qualities of two prominent indigenous grape varieties — Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane — a 50/50 blend cultivated in the Sighnaghi district of the Kakheti wine region. The handpicked grapes ferment for four months in qvevri with 100% skin contact, then age for eight additional months in qvevri before bottling. Appearance: Honey-golden hue, characteristic of qvevri-produced wines.
