Profile & Story

Mukuzani has a deep red color with a soft smoky scent of oak and berry. The taste begins dry, but the oak and fruit flavors quickly come through. As a result of its longer aging for at least 3 years in French oak barrels, Mukuzani has more complexity than the other wines made from saperavi grapes. Classic fermentation with must until complete fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation and refinement in Caucasian oak barrels of 400 dal for 1-2 years. Importer: Dozortsev & Sons Ent Ltd
