Harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes from plots of our Artana vineyards, this 100% Saperavi is fermented and macerated for 7 months with skin contact, then aged for 1 year in used (2–3 years old) French oak barrels. The resulting wine is high in alcohol with powerful tannins, and features a dark, rich cherry color. Mulberry and sweet cherry aromas are enriched with an aged oak bouquet and spicy tones. The palate shows a rich yet velvety tannin texture with balanced acidity. Importer: Fat & Happy Beverages
