This amber wine is made from rare Mtsvivani grapes, grown in the Kindzmarauli microzone within the Kakheti wine-growing region. After being hand-picked, the grapes undergo a three-week fermentation on the skins in traditional qvevri vessels, a method that imparts a deep amber hue, intricate tannic structure, and a layered aromatic profile.
