Profile & Story
This dry amber wine is produced from 90% Rkatsiteli and 10% Mtsvane grapes that are handpicked and fermented in qvevri for 5 months with 100% skin contact, adhering to the ancient Georgian traditional winemaking method. This wine embodies a velvety richness, where the gentle embrace of tannins intertwines seamlessly with the sweetness of honey and the luscious essence of apricot. The enduring finish leaves a lasting impression of understated refinement. Importer: S&F Wine Imports

Appearance: Deep golden hue, characteristic of qvevri-produced wines with extended skin contact. Aromas: Rich and earthy, with notes of dried apricots, peaches, and a mix of herbal and nutty undertones. Flavors: Complex and full-bodied, featuring ripe stone fruits like apricots and peaches, complemented by hints of tea, honey, and a slight nuttiness. Texture & Structure: Slightly tannic and robust, well-balanced with bright acidity and a firm structure, allowing the wine to age gracefully and develop more complex flavors over time.
