This Tsolikouri from west Georgia is made into a white dry wine, and is especially tender and pleasant. Light-bodied white. Very refreshing wine with a slightly creamy texture and soft acidity. It has a broad texture and subtle notes of yellow fruit. Traditional and well-adopted viticulture practices are the rule. Slow and long maturation aids grapes to form varietal flavors.
