Clément and Florian Berthier are fifth-generation growers farming roughly 30 hectares between Sancerre and Coteaux du Giennois in the Loire Valley. Florian tends the vines — organically certified since 2022 across a mosaic of flinty silex, chalky caillottes and clay-limestone terres blanches — while Clément vinifies, favoring late picking and extended lees aging to build texture.

Tasting Notes

Bright and mineral-driven, with citrus and orchard-fruit aromatics over a flinty, saline core; crisp acidity and a long, textured finish from extended lees contact.
