Valdobbiadene, in the heart of Veneto's hills (a UNESCO World Heritage wine landscape), is the historic core of Prosecco Superiore production. Made from the Glera grape using the Charmat (tank) method, it emphasizes fresh orchard-fruit aromatics and a light, easy-drinking mousse. This bottling is poured as a house selection for Neighborhood Projects' Tiny's & The Bar Upstairs / Yves; no specific underlying producer is published.
