Cave de Ribeauvillé is a historic cooperative cellar in Ribeauvillé, Alsace; the Giersberger name pays tribute to the town's three medieval castles, dominated by the Giersberg. This non-vintage Crémant d'Alsace Rosé is made from 100% hand-harvested Pinot Noir by the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle and at least 12 months' ageing on laths, finished with a 9 g/l dosage that gives it its brut style.

Pairing Recommendation

A fine aperitif or cocktail wine, and lovely with a cold summer buffet or red-fruit desserts such as raspberry or strawberry. Serve at 6–8°C.
