Domaine des Ouled Thaleb, established in 1923 and named for the local tribe that owned the vineyard land, sits in the coastal Zenata region between Casablanca and Rabat and led the renewal of the Moroccan wine industry in the 1990s. Its vines are gobelet-trained against the heat and rooted in the dark clay-marl soil known as tirs; this is the estate's white blend from the AOG Zenata appellation, fermented in tank.
