Kvaszinger Borászat is a family winery in Tokaj, in northeastern Hungary, welcoming visitors for tastings by the River Bodrog. This Tokaj Dry is a blend led by Furmint with 30% Hárslevelű, fermented in stainless steel to preserve its youthful style, and finished dry with about 7 g/l of residual sugar.
Tasting Notes
Crystalline with an emerald-green glow; aromas of ripe white-fleshed fruit, minerals and flowers lead to a fruity palate of juicy pear and tropical fruit, a hint of sweetness and refreshing acidity.
Pairing Recommendation
Serve at about 10°C with spicy, well-seasoned dishes, creamy soups, vegetable dishes and salads.
