Profile & Story
Castello Monaci is a Puglian estate housed in a 16th-century castle, owned by the Memmo and Seracca Guerrieri family and specializing in Puglia's indigenous grapes, with night harvesting and separate small-tank vinification. Kreos is a rosato made from 100% Negroamaro in the Salento; its name derives from Eos of Greek myth, daughter of the dawn, and it is made with only brief skin contact.
Tasting Notes
Bright rosé pink, fresh and floral, with red-fruit aromas and a full yet elegant palate.
Pairing Recommendation
A versatile aperitif rosé; enjoy with antipasti, seafood and light pasta or vegetable dishes.
