Or Haganuz was founded in 2005 in the eastern Upper Galilee, at the foot of Mount Meron. Amuka is the winery's entry-level series, sourced from vineyards between Meron and Dalton at around 790 metres and aged about six months in oak; this is its dry Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby; aromas of blackberry and cherry with a hint of spice, and a full-bodied palate of dark fruit and plum with well-integrated tannins and a touch of oak.
Pairing Recommendation
Pairs with grilled red meats, lamb and aged cheeses.
