Profile & Story

Psâgot is a boutique winery in the Jerusalem Mountains, founded in 2003 by Yaakov Berg; each bottle reproduces a Second Temple-era coin found in an ancient winemaking cave on the estate. The M Series Chardonnay is harvested from vineyards in the northern Jerusalem Mountains at 900 metres, on terraces of soft limestone with the vines planted directly into the limestone bedrock.

A food-friendly Chardonnay; pairs with lighter fish, veal and chicken.
