Profile & Story
Familia Sumarroca is a Catalan family estate in the Penedès, farming sustainably across the region. ‘Yà’ (‘yes!’ in Spanish) Cuvée 23 is their Brut Reserva cava, a blend led by Parellada with Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Chardonnay, made from free-run ‘mosto flor’ juice and aged on the lees before disgorging.
Tasting Notes
A fresh, clean cava with fine, persistent bubbles: green apple, citrus and orchard fruit with a touch of toast and a soft, mineral, lemony finish.

A fine aperitif; pairs with tapas, shellfish, hard cheeses and poultry.
