Profile & Story
Moët & Chandon's Rosé Impérial is the house's non-vintage rosé Champagne, built on the same three grapes as Brut Impérial but led by Pinot Noir, which contributes almost half the blend; Meunier adds roundness and Chardonnay brings elegance, with 20–30% reserve wines rounding out consistency from year to year.
Tasting Notes
Pink with amber highlights. A lively, intense bouquet of wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry is lifted by floral notes of rose petal and a light touch of pepper. On the palate, juicy red berries meet fleshy peach, with a finish structured by fresh, faintly peppery, minty notes.
Pairing Recommendation
Best served chilled to 10–12°C, ideally in a tulip-shaped glass rather than a flute to let the bouquet develop fully.
