Tasting Notes
Bright red currant and fresh cranberry lead on the nose, with a gentle swirl revealing dried Italian herbs and a suggestion of charcuterie. On the palate, red, blue and black fruit meet sweet-spiced cinnamon, vanilla chai and cedar oak, with fine, silky tannins giving savory balance and length.
