About the Wine
We are thrilled to celebrate Bob and Lynn's 55th anniversary by releasing our second-ever vintage of Lynn's Cuvée, an estate-grown Méthode Champenoise Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine. The 2019 vintage, composed of 57% Grenache Blanc, 27% Marsanne, and 16% Viognier, exemplifies the elegance of this time-honored method. Our process began with an early pick of estate-grown whites from our South Mountain, focusing on high natural acidity and low sugar levels. After the initial fermentation, the wine aged for twelve months before bottling. A secondary fermentation took place in the bottle, producing elegant bubbles and complex aromas during an extended aging period on the lees. The 2019 vintage aged gracefully en tirage for four years before riddling and disgorging in the Summer of 2024.
