About the Wine
Beautiful Earth is a white Rhone blend comprised of Grenache Blanc and Clairette Blanche grapes grown on the Westside of Paso Robles from Paper Street Vineyard. The fruit was whole-cluster pressed and cold fermented in stainless steel and neutral 500 L French oak puncheons. Minimal malolactic fermentation. Bottled after six months of elevage. The blend includes 56% Grenache Blanc and 44% Clairette Blanche.
Tasting Notes
Lemon-guava, loquat, starfruit, green mango, pomelo, bosc pear, fennel front, stargazer lily, wet stone, flint. Palate is laden with minerals, staccato, and resonant acidity. Refreshingly taught. Incredibly energetic and lively.
