Tasting Notes
Each year El Tempo is our Cab-Syrah based blend and we love the addition of Malbec this year! This vintage begins with a beautiful dark ruby color. Generous on the nose, aromas of plum, violets and dark fruit lead to luxardo cherries, star anise, vanilla and cinnamon. These flavors continue on the palate with notes of cherry cola, licorice and black cherry. Incredibly well balanced with a full mouthfeel, baking spice and rich dark fruit flavors linger on the lasting finish. We know you'll love it!
