About the Wine
The Lily Blanc is envisioned as the counterpart to our flagship Estate red Rhone blend, Très Violet. The strengths of these 3 varietals play perfectly together. Grenache Blanc adds mid-palate depth while Roussanne is known for the golden richness and full-bodied palate. Picpoul, French for "lip sting" offers a beautifully clean and refreshing finish, allowing this blend to embody the full gamut of white wine experience.
Tasting Notes
A slight white gold hue and nose full of honeysuckle, lemon zest and spring flowers. Upfront, this wine matches the aromas with nectarines, peaches and ripe cantaloupe. It then excites as the mid palate bounces between creamy and tart, light and full bodied. This all encompassing nature creates a perfect food pairing wine.
