About the Wine

A great Viognier is hard to make. Done well, it has weight on the palate, delicate floral aromatics, and a zippy bright finish. Done less well, it feels tired, flabby and dull. To get ours just right, we sampled endlessly to pick it at exactly 22 brix and then fermented it cold 59° for 6 long weeks. We think we nailed it. You be the judge.
