About the Wine
Made with 100% Bacchus grapes grown along the Mokelumne River in Lodi. Bacchus is a hybrid grape created by crossing Riesling with a few other Austrian grape varieties. Fermented using native yeast in stainless steel and aged in neutral oak.
Tasting Notes
It's light, zesty, and with a hint of creaminess on the finish, giving it notes of lemon meringue and coconut.
Pairing Notes
Goes great with lighter fare, especially Thai food and anything citrussy.
