About the Wine

PasoSecco's second wine, but always first in our hearts. 100% Cinsault sourced from the certified organic Scheid vineyard in the Central Coast AVA. Produced in the Charmat, or Prosecco-style of sparkling wine but still Brut with only 12 grams of sugar per liter. Rich and delicious with the proper balance of acid and fruit. Strawberries and cream on the nose; mixed wild berries on the palate, and a delighfully tart pink lemonade finish. Proper pink fizz from the Best Bubbles in Paso. 11% ABV. Only 400 cases produced.
