Tasting Notes
Highly aromatic with fresh, clean aromas of citrus zest. Fresh squeezed lime juice and green apple Jolly Ranchers on the attack give way to a mid-palate of tart pear and the lemon filling from Hostess fruit pies. Tart but never too sharp, with a crisp, clean finish that will leave you reaching for the next glass. The bubbles are fine and direct; the mousse is bold and fluffy; this is the Best Bubbles in Paso.
