Do guests need to download an app to access the wine list?

No. ShareVino isn't a wine event app that requires a download — it's fully browser-based. Guests scan the QR code with their phone and the wine event catalog opens instantly — no app download, no login, no friction.

How do we handle masterclasses in addition to a grand tasting?

Easily. Create dedicated wine lists for each session (grand tasting and masterclasses) with unique QR codes. Add the QR code to tasting sheets and have presenters guide guests to scan.

How many wines can we include in a ShareVino event list?

The free plan supports up to 25 wines. The Pro plan supports 100 wines and Premium plan unlimited wines — ideal for festivals with 25+ exhibitors and hundreds of SKUs across all stands.

Can multiple team members manage the event list at the same time?

Yes. Multiple staff can update the live list simultaneously.

Are my wines, lists, and data maintained after I cancel Premium?

Yes. Data remains maintained and is restored after reactivation. When subscription is canceled, the account is downgraded to the free Start plan with 25 wines.

Can exhibitors sell wine through ShareVino?

Yes. Add buy links to each wine so guests can purchase directly — during or after the event, including links from your retail or wholesale partners.

Do I need an annual plan to host my wine event or festival?

No. Monthly plans are available.

How is wine data collected?

Three ways: (1) you send exhibitors our simple template email, and we handle the rest — this is most common; (2) you bulk-import wines via Excel; or (3) our team manages everything from collection to launch ($5 each wine profile).

I already have a wine list. Can ShareVino help create the wine profiles?

Yes. First bulk import is free; enrichment and image sourcing are optional paid add-ons. We can source professional bottle images ($2 per wine) or by building a complete wine profile—including images and key details—for $5 per wine.

How does ShareVino use data? Do you sell user data?

No. We never sell or share personal data. Partners receive only aggregated insights (such as views, ratings, and engagement), with no personally identifiable information shared.
